I’m not sure what changed, but the water has been tasting really off lately. I bought it expecting the same clean taste as before, so I feel a bit misled. It’s disappointing because I wouldn’t have picked it up if I knew it was going to taste like this.

I don’t know what’s going on with their billing. Every month, it’s something. Wrong amount, random charge, then I have to reach out and explain it all over again. Just frustrating. I’d be fine if it happened once, but it keeps happening...

I’ve been trying to update my delivery and it’s been a mess. The app keeps freezing on me, and the website logs me out every single time I try to do anything. It’s REALLY annoying when something that should take a minute turns into this much hassle

"Total piece of junk"
I bought this dispenser thinking it’d be convenient, but nope. After about 2 months it stopped cooling completely, and now the damn thing leaks all over the floor like it’s trying to flood my kitchen. Customer support was useless too, they basically just told me to reset it, as if that magically fixes a busted dispenser. Definitely not buying this garbage again.

"Getting too expensive, and the communication doesn’t help"
I used to think this was worth it, but the price just keeps creeping up and I’m not seeing enough value to justify it anymore. What makes it more annoying is that the communication around the changes isn’t very clear, so you’re left trying to figure out what you’re actually paying more for. At this point, it feels way too pricey for what it is.

Canceling Primo Water was way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I figured I could just log in and cancel online, but nope, I had to call, sit on hold, get transferred around, and explain why I wanted to cancel multiple times. Like, I’m just trying to stop a service, make it make sense.
They eventually told me it was canceled, but then I still got charged again afterward, so I had to reach back out and deal with it all over again. It was such an annoying process for something that should’ve taken maybe two minutes

"Wish I hadn’t had to deal with this again"
I wish I could say this was a one-off, but it’s happened before. I just asked the driver where I should put the bottles, and he acted like I was wasting his time. He was really short with me, banging things around, then just left without a word. I regret not speaking up sooner because it’s getting frustrating at this point

"Delivery is unreliable"
I wanted to like Primo Water because the service seems convenient when it actually works, but the deliveries have been all over the place. They’ll give me a delivery date, I’ll plan my day around it, and then nothing shows up. No call, no helpful update, just me checking the website like I’m supposed to magically know what’s going on.
Customer service is usually polite, so that’s nice I guess, but they keep saying it’ll be taken care of and then the next delivery is the same problem. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s also really frustrating when you’re counting on water to show up and you end up running out anyway.

I tried to change my delivery day when something came up, but there was no option to make it work. Not saying it’s a scam, but it was really frustrating to feel stuck with a delivery time that didn’t fit my schedule at all.

"Bottles showed up dirty again"
I really do like the convenience of getting water delivered, but the bottles have been kind of a letdown. The last order came with a bunch of scuffed-up bottles, and one of them had dirt around the cap area. I mean, I went to put it away, actually, I had to stop and wipe everything down first because it just felt gross. For what I’m paying, I don’t think it’s too much to expect the bottles to look clean when they show up. And this wasn’t the first time, which makes it even more frustrating.
